What you will do
- personnel files and payroll for c. 250 people,
- ZUS, PIT and PPK filings,
- legalising foreign employment — notifications, permits, deadlines.
What we expect
- 2+ years in HR & payroll,
- Płatnik plus one HR system (Enova, Optima, Symfonia),
- English B1 — some employees do not speak Polish.
What we offer
- 7,500 – 9,000 PLN gross depending on experience,
- 2 days in the office (Warsaw-Mokotów), 3 remote,
- private healthcare, labour-law training.
