HR & payroll specialist

What you will do

• personnel files and payroll for c. 250 people,
• ZUS, PIT and PPK filings,
• legalising foreign employment — notifications, permits, deadlines.

What we expect

• 2+ years in HR & payroll,
• Płatnik plus one HR system (Enova, Optima, Symfonia),
• English B1 — some employees do not speak Polish.

What we offer

• 7,500 – 9,000 PLN gross depending on experience,
• 2 days in the office (Warsaw-Mokotów), 3 remote,
• private healthcare, labour-law training.
